Whoa I'm glad the room I'll move to has been vacated slightly earlier than expected. Therefore, the room is free for me to take measurements, better planning of layout & arrange for aircon service a day earlier.
Measurements are especially critical this time as I'll be adding new flooring myself. So it's not just about the furniture. Tiny room about 140 square feet with 2 doorways. I do not have much wall space to play with, and yet I want unblocked space. The room will need to include my queen size bed, wardrobe, bags, desk, makeup/dressing area, bedside table, bookcase/shelving unit. The bookcase & shelving unit may not stand a chance so mostly likely have to be in the living room, which is bordering on crowded because of the treadmill & bicycles.
I will not be able to get rid of the bed frame in time so I will use it until someone buys it from me secondhand. Hmm.. should I discard this spring mattress which my tenant had used for the past 3 years? I do not know if it's my imagination but I felt myself bitten after entering that room a few times.

My home is always on my mind
Today I have only accomplished a few items off my to-do list, as I went to watch a Taiwanese movie after brunch and also my friend D decided to join me in the afternoon. I will have to run the other errands next week when I get some free time on my rest days. The dirty kitchen still not scrubbed yet. That bothers me the most. I got to try to do that tomorrow.
Ok I got very hungry at 1am as i missed dinner. While at the kitchen i got this slight motivation to clean it there and then. I can't, i'll probably make too much noise and my flat is small.
I am looking at Nippon paint, comparing prices from different shop. It's expensive at the mall. Maybe slightly cheaper at the neighbourhood shops. Should just call and ask the prices. If they are not any cheaper than website order then I'll just order from online on Horme Singapore. Free delivery above $100 purchase. A 5L Nippon odourless easywash is already $88.
